The teaching domain of the application is split into two separate parts:


Glossary of Terms

Local refers to a programme limited to one hospital, trust, or university.

Designing and organising refers to a contribution to filling a gap in teaching provision. This must include liasing with local tutors, arranging teachers, and contributing to the teaching itself.

Substantial training in teaching refers to formal training of 2+ days. Separate complimentary shorter courses may be combined, provided they do not repeat material.

Feedback refers to evidence of senior observation/feedback, or independent analysis of feedback. Independent feedback should be supported by letters/certificates.
